Why should you practice yoga?
From the moment you step onto the mat, devoting that
sacred
time entirely to yourself, you begin to heal, soothe,
and strengthen
your mind, body and spirit. Yoga not only helps you
manage and
possibly overcome conditions and diseases that hinder
you, but it
also makes you feel really good. Our classes ensure
everyone a
full body and mind workout no matter what level you're
at.
Breath, our life force, is key.
We teach proper breathing techniques in every class.
Incorporating the breath (prana) is the key to your
yoga practice.
It unites the mind with the body creating a calm, and
allowing
you to completely focus on the here and now.
It takes work but we constantly see more and more of
the
benefits in our lives. Our family sees it, our friends
see it,
and we want to share this with as many of you as we
can.
